  1. www.littlegreenlight.com Session Description Keeping track of your organization's special events

in Little Green Light can have a tremendous impact on your ability to grow long-term relationships with your donors. In this webinar, we'll share how using LGL’s new integration with Auctria makes it even easier to have the data you need to better steward your event attendees and convert them into long-term supporters.
  2. www.littlegreenlight.com Webinar Objectives: You’ll learn: • Reasons why to maintain

event data in your CRM • The 2 most important Auctria reports to generate for donor stewardship after the event ends • How to enable the integration with Auctria in your LGL account • Practical ways auction data can be used to tailor future communications
  3. www.littlegreenlight.com Why maintain Auctria event data in LGL: • Centralizes

data all in one system • Better able to identify trends and opportunities • Keep track of important relationship building efforts, not just contact info and gifts (ie phone calls, meetings, other correspondence) • Allows you to better thank attendees after event • Ability to include them in your organization’s on-going communications (ie newsletters. year-end appeals, etc.)
  4. www.littlegreenlight.com Roger Craver, in his book titled Retention Fundraising, reports

that donors who were thanked just one time more than their counterparts were 40 percent more likely to give again.
  5. www.littlegreenlight.com Provide status updates at regular intervals with images and

video. Follow up immediately after event fundraiser. Bidders & Donors are the heroes Post-Event: Continue to spark interest
  6. www.littlegreenlight.com Fundraising expert Claire Axelrad writes, “Events should be part

of a continuum; not a one-shot deal. They should exist within a relationship-building context. Always think in terms of ‘What’s next?’”
  7. www.littlegreenlight.com Transaction Export The Transaction Export gives you a deep

dive into every bid, sale, and donation. Knowing which items your donors were most passionate about helps you tailor future communications. Account Export 2 most important Auctria Reports to run: The Account Export provides a high-level summary of your donors’ total contributions. This helps you instantly see who your key contributors are and who might need more attention.
  8. www.littlegreenlight.com Be thoughtful about what data points you need from

your event to move to your CRM Useful data points • Name (first, last, spouse/partner) • Contact info (address, email, phone) • Event attendance (event name, ticket level, sponsorship) • Event purchases and donations ($ amount, value) • Bidding history • Table seating • Ticket numbers • Meal choices • And more Transactional event data not needed in CRM
