Jeff Parks is a senior UX design leader with a background in psychology, behavioural and cognitive science, and human computer interaction.

He has successfully built and led a high impact global product design team to improve the usability of mobile and web-based tools for talent management, learning and skills development.

Jeff solves complex design problems by employing design thinking methodologies for coaching and mentoring start-ups, interdisciplinary collaboration, and business-engineering stakeholder alignment.

His previous work includes user experience research initiatives, information architecture, and prototype design for enterprise and consumer products including: mobile applications for financial management, e-learning platforms, SaaS applications, maintenance integrity and performance management software, and help desk optimization.
