"Bootiful" JRebel

Spring's about as efficient a way to build applications on the JVM as they come, but the JVM itself offers some room for improvement. Class changes, for example, require redeploys and dramatically slow down a developer's iteration cycle. ZeroTurnaround's JRebel can help!
