3. Hello! I am Serdar Tepekule, a freelance graphic designer based in Izmir, Turkey. I graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2020. Since then, I’ve worked on various design projects for multiple clients, including fintech startups and worldwide e-commerce companies. Building an identity is not only about graphics; it also requires a set of intelligent design decisions. Thus, I enjoy creating brand identities with a solid foundation that is easy to build and maintain. Such a task requires merging coding and graphic design, which is a passion of mine. While coding was not a significant part of my college education, my self-interest has helped me develop my coding skills and integrate them with graphic design. Understanding both domains is crucial for e ective communication with people from di erent backgrounds and, more importantly, for completing a project from start to finish. With this idea in mind, I designed an easy-to-understand and action-oriented application layout that makes a positive first impression. Additionally, I created a set of rounded and legible icons to guide the end user correctly toward their intended purpose. 21. I aimed to design a logotype that can fit anywhere, much like the Hausebox furniture system. As a result of this idea, I modified the main typography by rounding the stems to make it resemble and function as a furniture skeleton. 28. Growing a plant is an adventure from germination to harvest. However, the most fragile time for a plant is the seeding stage. I designed a logo inspired by that aspect, making it look like a person with open arms during its seeding stage, welcoming new home growers. 37. Wolfscraft is a Germany-based company that brews high-alcohol beers with the finest ingredients from southern Germany. I created a typeface with this a itude, incorporating sharp edges reminiscent of a wolf’s fangs. 47. Mechatronics is an intersection of four main subjects. Based on this, I created an emblem that resembles the le ers 'B' and 'M', inspired by this intersection. I chose a typeface with a strong foundation and aesthetics to represent the importance of precision. The color is one of the main colors of a printed circuit board.
