  1. Hello! First, I just want to say thank you so

much for picking up this minicomic! It was a silly little story that was a lot of fun to make. THis was made for utot komiks which is a six week challenge where we had to finish a 10-20 page comic. It didn’t have to be perfect it just had to be done. The theme was high school and it produced so many cool stories! definitely look up utot komiks or pick up an anthology if you have the chance. I’m so happy i got to participate! i’m glad i tried something else instead of my usual horror. This was based on the daydreams I would have while people-watching. i really wanted to portray the cringe, delusional, and funny sides of being a high schooler. But it is also a period of time that i look back on with a lot of fondness :’). i knew the manga style was the way to go and had a lot of fun reading different ones as inspiration. a lot of it came from skip and loafer because i own it physically but i also looked at the general romance shoujo manga aesthetic for inspiration. I feel like you could tell i went a little overboard with the screentones from excitement LOL. I could ramble on forever about my thought process but I’ll stop for now. Thank you again for reading and I hope you enjoyed it! Abigail lee All my stories start in the notes app :’D MC sketches and brush experimentations

  3. what if your boring morning commute could be something more?

what if the people you see could be living a double life? maybe you’ll be the one lucky enough to discover it! a comic inspired by people-watching and shoujo manga.
