Music makes a difference. • Bring in a DJ to start the day, hold while tournament play is taking place, then bring the music back at your lunch break/halfway point. • Have music during your awards, and afterwards if you are serving a meal or appetizers at the end of your event. • Let guests celebrate with you!
like a large board where guests can write inspiring words, or write why they are supporting your cause. • Bring in face painters or a caricaturist to create some fun non-sports related activities.

50/50: 50% of the entry funds raised go to your cause, 50% go to the winner. Announce throughout the day how much money has been raised to generate excitement! Keep the ticket price around $20 for this. Prizes: Create up to 3 fantastic raffle prizes and sell the tickets at the same price. Offer a high end putter or pickleball paddle. Or gift certificate to a local sports store. *Review your state and local gambling laws before hosting a raffle!

Passive Asks: • QR Codes for one-time or recurring donations. • Pledge cards - keep at info tables and throughout the event space. Pledge cards can serve as a way to collect funds, or volunteers! • Ask about a Round Up donation as teams check in - would they like to round up to the next $5 increment in support of your cause.
