Not a presentation, but scans from a 1943 book published by Cadbury Brothers Ltd, Bourneville, Birmingham. (My grandmother worked for them; the book was in her Rubery house when she died in 2010.)
I've scanned the covers, front matter, a section "The growth of the city council - and what it has done for you" and (most fascinatingly) a section called "When we build again", a Utopian look of Birmingham's future as imagined during the War.
I don't own the copyright on this; if you do, and are disgruntled about me sharing it, let me know at [email protected] and I'll remove it immediately.
