    we leverage all of this information and continue to maintain the fleet? Custom fields can be set to import employee information. Import JSS computer ID number. Target communications to JSS ID's.

    JSS web hook feature may not be the most efficient way to get this information in to Zapier. This information was inputted in to Zapier on the computer check in webhook. This can be costly in Zapier.

    Let's communicate to our users that they are not on Mojave, and that it is available for them in Self Service.

    user base is your customer base. Enticing communication will lead to action from the end users. You can easily track the human aspect of your projects by using a customer relationship manager. You can automate most follow up emails. Consider all of your building blocks, and get creative.

    will need a good understanding of your tools built in integrations. You will need to know how to build your own integrations when necessary. You may need to work around technical limitations of either your tool or knowledge of the tool.
