30. Design Perspective Example: Inviting people to a workshop date to start a project. Inviting people to a launch of a book that isn’t fi nished.

32. Design Perspective Example: De fi ning at the start of a project the format of the end result. Creating the report presentation at the start and send it for validation before the project starts.

34. Design Perspective Choose a domain 3 min Choose a domain in your life where you feel things are too complicated or your not making progress and you’d love to land.
35. Design Perspective Make a list of dominos 5 min For each of the big things, make a list of small dominos that you could move. Think: something that I can do in about 20-30 minutes anywhere, anytime
36. Design Perspective Move the domino Until 11:00 including break Move one or two dominos and come back to tell us what you moved. Before you leave for action: Write down on a sticky note something you’d like to get from me or the group today.
