Benefits of holding a collaboration • The reason why it is held frequently is that the JAWS-UG logo has a shark as its branding. ▪ A sense of unity as all branches create sharks under the JAWS-UG branding. • The JAWS-UG Beginners Branch is a place for speakers and people with little AWS experience to speak. ▪ Collaboration with beginners chapters lowers the barrier for speakers at local events • Security branch is also easy to collaborate with ▪ "NW x Security", "Security x Ops", "Container x Security", "IoT x Security"

Benefits of holding a collaboration Regional Branches do not have a fixed theme, so it is necessary to decide on a theme (the host city is not a theme) “GenAI”, “Container”, “Security”, etc. The reality in Japan is that there is good interaction between Regional Branches and Technical Branches.

In this space, we hope to explore new possibilities by providing a place where people with different values can transcend their own communities and meet by chance.”

In conclusion Japan and South Korea have shared case studies with each other in the past, and South Korea has adopted a branch system modeled after Japan, and is also developing its own unique management system. The results are excellent. Through the Hero network, why not create a place for both AWS and us to share more about what UGs in each country are doing and share any concerns you may have?
