Hotline Miami 2 - Moving Up end cutscene

My interpretation of the cutscene at the end of Moving Up from the 2d top down shooter Hotline Miami 2! Its one of my favourite games and wanted to give it more of a dramatic+ tension feel outside of the pixels :D
