  1. Keep all your plans open to all your team members,

    this avoids unnecessary overheads and surprises and helps your team plan for all the things well. Be open as to when you cannot do a task you were assigned
  2. Make sure you give feedback to all your assigned tasks.

    Follow up on all the things and be in the loop always.
  3. Two members of a criminal gang are arrested and imprisoned.

    Each prisoner is in solitary confinement with no means of communicating with the other. The prosecutors lack sufficient evidence to convict the pair on the principal charge, but they have enough to convict both on a lesser charge.

    is given the opportunity either to betray the other by testifying that the other committed the crime, or to cooperate with the other by remaining silent. The possible outcomes are:

    terms of skills, experience and mental stability

    also boosts the confidence of your team to other people
  9. Keep writing your story. Share what you’ve learned. Mentor and

    lift up others. And most of all, keep your head up and take time to appreciate the good stuff.
