Agile transformation is a challenge for several companies within their teams, especially for testers who used to work in silos at the end of the processes.
The activity of "Test" must be done continuously and where the whole team is responsible.
What’s the shift required in test automation ? Does manual testing still have a place ?
The transformation to an agile tester is not easy, you have to prepare it well and avoid falling into fallacious approaches.

In this talk, I'm going to focus on the shift of test automation in the modern agile world at different levels: Individuals, teams and organisations. How agile testing practices can help us in this transition ? What can bring Continuous Testing?
