 • Although the pace is slow, InnerSource activities have steadily taken root throughout the company. • I want to do more with repository management and visibility. ◦ Understanding all repositories in our company (active, zombie, etc.) ◦ Are there any repositories that can be promoted to InnerSource? • Are there any areas where the power of InnerSource can be utilized, such as documents and slides and so on, in addition to source code? Knowledge While there is still much to be done, NIFTY aims to grow as a reference implementation of InnerSource for Japanese companies and share its knowledge with the community.
