Center for Career and Talent Development（CCTD） We consolidate and streamline the human resource development programs previously implemented at the former Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) and the former Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU), and implement challenging and developmental initiatives that are only possible immediately after the merger. We aim to improve engagement among all staff and develop human resources who can contribute to solving social issues.
