Blueprint for Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grant Success

The Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grants build Workforce Pell-eligible programs that are stackable, aligned with employer demand, and connected to employment. These grants require institutions and statewide systems to establish infrastructure that enables credential transparency, workforce alignment, and reporting readiness for federal workforce programs, including the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and Eligible Training Provider List.

Territorium provides the infrastructure that allows institutions to capture, publish, and connect credentials to workforce systems. Through its Learning and Employment Record platform and integrations with national workforce and credential transparency initiatives, Territorium enables institutions to apply Workforce Pell policies, integrate education and workforce data, and ensure credentials are portable and usable across systems.
