    People who are able to acknowledge one another can perceive each other as indispensable. This is why we must be conscious of our weaknesses and understand the strengths of others. Doing so leads to us finding one another indispensable.     continue to provide benefits to the world. We want to contribute to the world by making it more convenient and fun. When society recognizes a benefit that we created and exchanges capital for it, profit can be generated. Business activity propels the world to become more convenient, the world to become more fun, and people to gain peace of mind. "Make profit" may conjure negative images for some people.     ideas are recognized by society. Thinking of how to improve on these ideas is also exciting. In a team, one's individual excitement becomes the whole team's excitement, allowing us to accomplish even greater goals. We want to be an organization of excitement. However, in reality, ideas are not often accepted by society. When this happens, we must not give in to pessimism or resign ourselves to loss.     a desire to contribute to society have acquired a certain level of skill. Such people understand the role of their skill within their teams and within society, and consider how they can contribute with their skill.     as our own greatest competitors, always correctly doubt the value of our creations, and predict future changes to society so that we can continue to create new value. This leads to perpetual growth for a company. Losing the value we worked hard for can be dispiriting. No matter how great a service we provide, the changing needs of society and the appearance of able competitors can negate the value we have created. “Ateam People” 06 Take Change Optimistically and Adapt 22

    people who are trusted and relied upon keep their business and personal selves open with their NAKAMA. Trust for NAKAMA is one of the most important factors in the working environment. To trust another, we must know them first. In the same way, we believe that in order to be trusted and gain the confidence of our NAKAMA, we must be open with them.
