Self-confidence is the belief in one's abilities, qualities, and judgment. It plays a crucial role in personal and professional success, decision-making, and overall well-being.
In this presentation I shared a 4 steps framework with concrete steps that could unlock the self-confidence.

    Everyone starts at ZERO so give yourself permission to be a beginner, to feel stupid, to make mistake • Impostor syndrome is a good thing - “it is a fancy way of saying you are trying something new, something uncomfortable” • Courage comes first, confidence is what you build overtime • Enjoy the journey, not only the destination • If it’s difficult, take a break, then start over The Power of Beginnings
