Measure Progress on the 3 Ways of DevOps

The culture of DevOps has been described in the 3 Ways (and 5 Ideals) of DevOps by Gene Kim.

In this talk, we will share concrete ways of measuring success and progress in our walking on the 3 Ways and working on the 5 Ideals of DevOps.
