Bulk Indexing Checker for Google: Pre-flight & Triage Checklist

You ran 10,000 backlinks through a checker and 3,000 came back "not indexed" — which of them are really your problem? This PDF checklist turns a bulk indexing checker for Google into a routing table: every URL leaves the report with one next action.

Inside: a pre-flight list that removes false negatives before the check (host variants, redirects, noindex, canonicals), a run checklist for the bulk Google index checker API with the exact fields that mean "done", a decoder for Search Console statuses such as "Crawled – currently not indexed", and a printable batch log for backlink index audits.

Run your cleaned list through the SpeedyIndex bulk Google index checker: https://en.speedyindex.com/google-index-checker/

  1. SPEEDYINDEX · PDF CHECKLIST Bulk Indexing Checker for Google: Pre-flight

& Triage "I ran 10,000 backlinks through a checker and 3,000 came back not indexed. Which of them are really my problem, and which ones should I pay to index?" This checklist answers that question in four passes: clean the list, run the check, read the report, route every URL to one next action. Inside 1 Pre-flight checklist (list hygiene) 2 Run checklist: dashboard, bot or API 3 Status decoder: checker vs. Search Console 4 Batch log you can print and fill 5 Routing rules + where to go next Prepared by Linda Bjorkvin, Project Manager · SpeedyIndex · September 2026 SpeedyIndex · en.speedyindex.com 1
  2. 1 · Pre-flight: clean the list before you pay for

a check A bulk index check is only as honest as the list you feed it. Every item below removes a false "not indexed" before it reaches the report. One URL per line, one host variant Pick https://www. or bare https:// per domain. Google's site: operator documentation says the two prefixes return different results, so a mixed list produces phantom negatives. No duplicates, no #fragments, no trailing spaces sort -u after stripping fragments. Compare raw vs. deduped line counts and write both into the batch log (page 4). Trailing slash matches the served URL /page and /page/ are two URLs. Keep the one that returns 200 without a redirect. Tracking parameters removed ?utm_… and session IDs rarely hold their own index entry. Check the clean URL the canonical tag names. Final status is 200 Follow redirects and record the final URL. A 301 is not "almost a 200": replace the row with the target. A 404 or 410 leaves the list for good. No noindex in meta robots or X-Robots-Tag A 200 with noindex is an instruction you control; a soft 404 is Google judging the page empty. Different diagnosis, different fix. Canonical points at the URL itself If it points elsewhere, check the canonical target instead of this row. Media files split out PDFs and images are checked on their own list, not mixed with HTML pages. Free helpers for this pass: Sitemap XML Extractor, Redirect Checker, Noindex Checker, 404 Checker, 5xx Checker — all on en.speedyindex.com. SpeedyIndex · en.speedyindex.com 2
  3. 2 · Run the check: what "done" looks like Batch

≤ 10,000 URLs per API create request POST /v2/task/google/checker/create with title + urls. Response code 0 = created, 1 = top up balance, 2 = validation error. Balance confirmed first GET /v2/account returns tokens, indexer, checker. Checker balance ≥ URL count before you create tasks. Title = batch file name So GET /v2/task/google/list/0 maps each task back to its file. Poll, don't hammer Done means is_completed: true and processed_count equal to size. Partial counts are never a result. Full report pulled POST /v2/task/google/checker/fullreport with task_id. Indexed + unindexed rows must add up to size. 3 · Status decoder: checker vs. Search Console Checker: indexed · GSC: "URL is on Google" Leave it. Do not submit for indexing. Checker: not indexed · GSC: "URL is on Google" Re-check in the next run before acting. Data paths refresh on different timing. GSC: "Discovered – currently not indexed" Google knows the URL but has not fetched it. Indexable → send to indexing. GSC: "Crawled – currently not indexed" Fetched, not indexed. Fix the page first (content, duplication), then resubmit. GSC: "Duplicate, Google chose different canonical than user" Check the chosen canonical, not this URL. Indexed title belongs to another page Match likely came from a canonical or redirect target. Back to pre-flight. GSC statuses apply only to properties you have verified. Third-party URLs rely on the checker alone. SpeedyIndex · en.speedyindex.com 3
  4. 4 · Batch log Print one sheet per audit. The

numbers in the last three columns decide whether your indexing budget goes to the right links. Batch file Raw Deduped 200 OK Task ID Size Indexed Bucket A Bucket B Bucket C Bucket A — blocked by you noindex, robots.txt, non-200 final status. Fix or drop; never submit. Bucket B — canonicalized elsewhere Check the canonical target instead. Bucket C — indexable, not indexed The only bucket that goes to the indexer. SpeedyIndex · en.speedyindex.com 4
  5. 5 · Routing rules after the report Already indexed →

stop Submitting an indexed URL to a Pay-per-Result indexer counts as a successful result, so you pay for it. The refund never catches this. Bucket C → indexing, Pay-per-Result Google indexer: pay_per_indexed must be true, 100 tokens per URL. Tokens for links not indexed at the Day 7 check come back to the balance automatically. Large backlink sets → drip-feed drip_feed: true and drip_feed_days from 2 to 30. The URL count must be at least the number of days. Still out after Day 7 → back to pre-flight Something on the page, not the checker, is holding it. No service can promise 100% indexing; Google makes the final decision. Re-check schedule After every indexing run and after migrations or template changes. NEXT STEP Run your cleaned list through the bulk Google index checker Scan the QR code or open the links below. Web dashboard, Telegram bot, Chrome extension and REST API use the same task types for Google, Bing and Yandex.
