  3. FLEXIBLE WORK STYLE Maximize your outcomes according to your lifestyle

    You can choose your own work style to maximize your results according to your lifestyle. Flextime System The core hours are from 10AM to 2PM. By allowing employees to adjust their own start and end times and to leave work after work, they can work efficiently while maintaining harmony between work and life. Core Time 10:00-14:00 Flexible Time 6:00-10:00,14:00-22:00 In addition, it is important to select the most appropriate work style while taking advantage of the advantages of both office and telework. Unlimited place of residence (Japan only) You must be willing to come to work if requested by the company. Up to 150,000 yen per month for transportation expenses for commuting. Telework at a location other than home is also possible with prior application. Refresh vacation Instead of a fixed date summer vacation, employees can take three consecutive days off at any time during the summer or winter. Sick leave / Personal leave In addition to annual paid leave, employees may take up to five days off with special pay annually to recover from illness or injury (※1), or to care for a family member (※2). Online Health Center Health checks and health advice from our affiliated doctors are available to ensure a healthy corporate life. GLTD Insurance We subscribe to an insurance policy that pays a portion of our reduced income over a specified period of time when we are unable to work due to illness or injury. Relocation Support We provide support for employees who come from overseas to join our company, including obtaining visas, moving support, monthly apartment arrangements, official procedures such as resident registration, and cell phone contracts. Personal Growth and Development We provide subsidies for half of the actual cost of inputs for "study and learning" that are connected to current or future work. ・The upper limit of the cost subsidy is 15,000 yen per quarter(maximum 60000 yen per year). ・Inputs include books, training courses, certifications, software/application billing, seminars/conferences, and online courses. 7 COMMUNICATION SUPPORT Supports the creation of opportunities for interaction among members who cooperate with each other. Buddy System Each new employee will be assigned a senior employee to provide one-on-one support until they become familiar with the workplace and their duties.You do not have to be a new employee to be assigned a mentor.
