2. What’s our problems Currently, we use Claude Code and ChatGPT APP locally for AI assisted development. 1. Current — Engineer-driven, local AI assistance 2. Target — Automated AI support in a remote sandbox we control 1

Considerations Limitations - Effort: We prefer out-of-the-box solutions instead of developing custom Slackbot. - Compatibility: We prefer reusing existing AI harness Solutions - OpenClaw etc: custom harness that wasn’t build for tenanted usage - Claude Tags + Self-hosted Environment: - https://code.claude.com/docs/en/self-hosted-environments - Was in beta - Collides with existing @claude usage - Unable to customize - Centaur: Our pick - https://centaur.run/what-is-centaur 2
