    still to this day is, this individual at my time at the major chemical company, who diligently visited prospective clients almost every day for six months and ultimately secured a major deal. "Determination and perseverance" are essential elements in sales. However, there is certainly a gap between those who succeed and those who don't, even if they are putting in the same effort. It's been said for some time now that "sales is science," but the only significant change so far has been the widespread implementaiton of SFA/CRM systems, while the essence of sales has not changed much. The low productivity in sales remains a major obstacle to improving Japan's business competitiveness. In order for great ideas and products to spread effectively, we aim to create a world where sales people can focus on the essential work that AI and chatbots cannot do.
