    Government Digital Connectivity & Benefits Example 1: Electronic exchange of Preferential Certificate of Origin (PCO) and Certificate of Non-Manipulation (CNM) between Singapore and China Established under the China-Singapore FTA Upgrade negotiation concluded in Nov 2018 Allows for the electronic exchange of PCO and CNM between Singapore Customs and China’s General Administration of Customs Eliminates the need for hardcopy PCO or CNM to be dispatched overseas, enabling companies to enjoy savings in cost and time Singapore China 2 1 3 eCO eCNM
