The OSPO ecosystem is growing and there are new roles being created at corporations. The presentation introduces the concept of OSPO and shares several resources to those interested in the topic.

However, there are not discussions about the role of the OSPO manager itself, and only in few cases they mention specific skills the manager should have

These are mainly thoughts the author hopes are useful to the audience when thinking of this person leading the initiative and being part of it. Behind all of this there's a person that needs to be skilled in several areas.
