Putting "Tech" Back In Tech Hub

Every now and then a new article is published stating "Colombia has a software engineering deficit", and yet the available salaries data doesn't seem to prove this point. We're in the middle of a global technology revolution and only people with the ability to create technological solutions can make this happen. We must restore the cultural and monetary value of technical and scientific knowledge in our nation, and this can only be done by those who posses technical skills.
