3. SO WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT MILLENIALS?
4. How talks about millennials usually go.
5. Gallup poll in 2013 reported that 74% of U.S. workers reported being “not engaged” or “actively disengaged”
6. By 2020, 46% of the working population will be millennials
7. 64% of them say it’s a priority for them to make the world a better place. 72% would like to be their own boss. 79% of them would want that boss to serve more as a coach or mentor. 88% prefer a collaborative work-culture rather than a competitive one. 74% want flexible work schedules.
8. They prefer in-person team work: 60% of millennials would prefer to collaborate in person vs. online (34% percent) phone or videoconference (6% percent).
9. I LIVE IN THE REAL WORLD AND NONE OF THIS FANCIFUL STUFF IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN OUR ORGANIZATION.
10. But what can YOU do is a leader/manager/ supervisor/director/ bossperson?
