Bringing Fit Brains to Apple Watch Design considerations for the watch experience: •  watch apps generally focus on presentation of data –  time, date, notifications, etc. •  small, bite-sized interactions Fit Brains for Apple Watch: •  GOAL: help people integrate healthy brain activity into their everyday lives •  Offers suite of brain performance tracking tools •  3 "warm-up" brain games (Speed, Memory and Focus) –  20-30 second brain games –  designed to provide short breaks from long periods of repetitious activity –  refocus the mind and improve overall mental productivity 3

The lights begin on red, and randomly move to yellow, then green. When the light hits green, the user must press the “GO” button as quickly as possible. Their reaction time is displayed on the screen. DURATION: Until 5 questions are answered (approx. 20 sec) Flip Cards: The user is instructed to touch a shape (e.g. 5-point Star), each time they see it. A grid of cards (buttons) is displayed with different shapes on the buttons. Each time the target shape is displayed, it must be selected as quickly as possible or it will disappear and be replaced with another shape. Game Complete Pre/Post Game OVERVIEW Fit Brains for Apple Watch is designed to help people more effectively integrate healthy brain activity into their everyday lives, with 3 "warm-up" brain games - Speed, Memory and Focus - and a suite of brain performance tracking tools, like Weekly Goal Setting, and Performance Comparisons with users in a similar demographic. The light, 20-30 second brain games are designed to provide short breaks from long periods of repetitious activity, in order to refocus the mind and improve overall mental productivity.
