  3. トップメッセージ CEO Message Tackling the Unanswerable Question of People and

Organizations I started my career on an unconventional path—28 years old, unemployed, and back at my parents' house. It wasn't smooth sailing, but it taught me that the biggest challenges are overcome not by individual brilliance, but by the power of a united team. Today, we are tackling the profound and difficult question of how "People and Organizations" relate. It is a journey without a simple destination, but one we pursue with sincerity and dedication. We value passion over pedigree. A perfect background isn't required. I genuinely look forward to meeting new team members who are eager to embrace this ultimate challenge and build the future of our company. Representative Director & CEO, Stmn, Inc. 5. Mission / Vision / Values Delivering Inspiration: The Art of

Exceeding Expectations The Definition of Inspiration Spreading Happiness to All Our commitment extends to three vital circles: 1. Society: Contributing to a better future and customer through every service we provide. 2. Our Employees: Ensuring Stmn is a place of joy, growth, and mutual respect for our team. 3. Our Supporters: Valuing every shareholder, partner, and family member who supports our vision. Satisfaction is meeting a standard. Inspiration is breaking through it. We believe that true value lies beyond the expected. We strive to be a company that spreads happiness not just through digital efficiency, but through emotional connection. We are obsessed with the quality of our process. We consciously choose the "uncompromising path"—embracing difficult challenges to deliver results that don't just satisfy, but deeply move our users.
  6. Mission / Vision / Values Our Philosophy Alone, there are

limits to what we can do. Together, there are none. We believe that a united organization can overcome any obstacle and aim for the highest peaks. At the heart of our growth is Engagement. It is the bond of trust that connects the company to its people, and our people to one another. This is why we are committed to investing in our people. We practice management that puts engagement at the center because we know that fueling the growth of our team is the surest way to grow our business.
  7. Mission / Vision / Values Get Things Done Buff the

Team More and Better Three Principles, One Culture. Every member at Stmn is guided by three core values. Our mission is to strengthen organizations, and we start with our own. By embodying the same "Strength of People and Organizations" that we deliver to our clients, we ensure that our actions always match our words. This authenticity is what defines us. Values Speed + Quality Be a Force Multiplier Own the Outcome
  8. Great challenges only matter if you cross the finish line.

We don't just "do tasks"; we own results. By taking responsibility until the very end, we build the momentum that propels the entire company forward. Don't just try to deliver. We fight as a squad. Your value isn't just your code or your sales numbers; it's how much you improve the stats of everyone around you. Support your team, share knowledge, and level up the team. Together, we are unstoppable. Fast isn't enough. Polite isn't enough. We want both. We don't just work harder; we work smarter by building systems and hacking processes. Combine speed with precision to maximize impact. Let’s build better, faster. Speed + Quality Be a Force Multiplier Own the Outcome

The Urgent Need Our Mission They build, care, deliver, and serve. "Deskless Workers" make up nearly 60% of the workforce (39M people) and represent a staggering 600 Billion USD economy. Yet, this sector has been historically left behind by the digital revolution. The industry is at a breaking point—plagued by labor shortages and low productivity. The solution isn't just "more tech"; it's Engagement. Connecting these frontline employees to their organizations is the key to unlocking the next wave of economic growth. Stmn saw this Blue Ocean before anyone else. We built "TUNAG" to bridge the digital divide for the frontline. This is more than business; it is a socially significant mission to modernize the very foundation of our country.
  11. Our Product Mission Product Source: Prepared by Stmn based on

the "Survey on Employment Trends (First Half of 2023)" by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Reality The Cost of Churn The Turnaround 39 million people keep our society running, yet their workplaces are broken. The "Deskless" sector is trapped in a downward spiral of chronic understaffing and mass exodus. When people leave, culture dies. High turnover destroys team unity and kills the incentive to train new talent. The result? A paralyzed industry with stagnant productivity. We are here to stop this. We believe Engagement is the missing link. TUNAG uses technology to empower the frontline, transforming chaotic workplaces into united teams. We are fighting to build a world where every worker, at every site, feels valued. The Retention Gap Deskless industries face double the attrition of corporate roles. 14. Who We Are We Don't Just Write Code. We Technologist

by Trade. Build Businesses. Entrepreneur at Heart. At Stmn, engineering is about more than specifications. It’s about creating value. We start with the "Why." We break down silos between dev, sales, and design to deliver the best possible product. Whether it’s solving a user’s pain point today or architecting the business model of tomorrow, we use technology as our catalyst to move the world forward. This is what it means to be a Stmn Product Engineer.
  15. Speed is our currency. To deliver value to users faster

than anyone else, our organization is built on a powerful dual engine: Product Development: The offense. Building features and creating the future. Platform Engineering: The foundation. Maximizing DevEx and keeping the system rock-solid. A Stmn "Product Engineer" is a master of both worlds—an entrepreneur who innovates boldly and a guardian who builds reliably. High DevEx fuels high speed. This flywheel effect drives our exponential growth. If you are ready to build fast and build right, join us. Let's chase the ultimate velocity together. Engineering Mission Delivering Product Value to Users with Maximum Velocity.
  16. Tech Stack Pragmatic Engineering: Value Over Hype. Languages & Frameworks

Infra & Ops How We Choose Our Tools At Stmn, we don't do "Resume Driven Development." We choose the right tool for the job. Our philosophy is simple: Leverage the power of tech to drive business impact. We stay on the cutting edge, but we don't blindly chase trends. Every tech choice is made with one goal—delivering the best possible experience to our users. Velocity: We rely on Ruby on Rails for our core. Why? Because it allows us to build fast, ship often, and maintain a stable foundation. Evolution: We aren't afraid to evolve. From Node.js and Next.js, Golang to integrating Generative AI, we flexibly adopt new technologies whenever they solve real problems and accelerate our growth. The Best of Both Worlds

  18. Team Structure The Dual Engines of Our Growth We are

organized to win. Our structure consists of two specialized teams working in unison: one focused on creating value, the other on maximizing velocity. Product Engineering Dept. The "Offense" — Driving Value Focused on shipping new features and solving user problems. They are the front line of our business growth, directly delivering impact to our customers. Platform Engineering Dept. The "Defense" — Empowering Builders Focused on SRE and DevEx. They don't just maintain stability; they build the runway that allows the product team to take off. Their mission is to create a frictionless environment where engineers can focus purely on creation. 19. Our Tech DNA Three Pillars of Our Engineering Philosophy 1

Unrivaled Data Assets Data is Our Moat With 1M+ users and a decade of insights, we hold the industry's most valuable dataset on employee engagement. We aren't just storing this data; we are transforming it into powerful AI solutions that will define the future of our product suite. 2 Pragmatic Architecture Built for Impact, Not Hype We choose the right tool for the job. We leverage Ruby on Rails for speed and stability, while deploying Go and microservices where performance is critical. We don't chase trends; we evolve our architecture strategically to ensure our tech stack always serves the business. 3 AI & Autonomy Empowering Every Builder We are an AI-first organization. By integrating AI into our workflows, we empower everyone—engineers and PdMs alike —to ship faster. We believe in breaking down silos; if you see a way to improve the product, you have the power and the tools to fix it yourself.
  20. Our DNA What Makes Our Team Tick "Chat" is the

    Glue.
 Real Talk Starts with
Real Connection. At Stmn, small talk is a big deal. We believe that psychological safety comes from knowing your team. Whether it’s a hobby club or a quick coffee chat, these moments build the trust needed for honest debates and high-speed collaboration. We don't use tech just to show off. We use Ruby on Rails strategically to move fast and break less. By choosing reliability over hype, we free ourselves to focus 100% on solving real user problems. Growth doesn't happen when you're comfortable. We push each other to try new things. Our managers act as coaches, helping you navigate your career path and ensuring you are always learning, always stretching, and never stagnant. One Team, One Goal. We Win Together. Your success is the team's success. We don't do silos. Everyone is encouraged to speak up and contribute ideas across projects. We are all "Business Owners," and we build this product together. We aren't a finished product yet - and that’s the best part. We have plenty of problems to solve, which means you have plenty of opportunities to lead. Don't just join a team; come build the ideal engineering organization with us. Imperfect is Exciting.

  21. Problem 01 Evolving Our Structure Problem 02 Deepening Observability Problem

03 Eliminating Knowledge Silos Problem 04 Balancing Reliability & Wellbeing We are never satisfied with the status quo. To build a stronger, more resilient organization, we are currently prioritizing the following four key initiatives. Our Next Level The Problems We Want You to Help Us Solve Our org chart isn't carved in stone. The relationship between Product and Platform teams is dynamic. We are looking for people who can help us architect not just code, but the organization itself as we scale. We are redesigning our on-call systems. We believe high reliability shouldn't come at the cost of burnout. We are seeking the ideal balance—robust uptime for users, and a healthy, sustainable life for our engineers. Great code shouldn't depend on one person's memory. We are building a "Playbook Culture" where knowledge is shared and documented. Our goal: scalable, high-quality engineering that doesn't rely on "heroes." We are taking monitoring to the next level. Using Datadog and modern telemetry, we are building a culture of deep analysis—moving from "reacting to alerts" to "understanding the pulse" of our services.
