Shifting Perspectives

Shifting Perspectives: How transitioning from a frontend engineer to a project manager transformed the way I approach challenges, from focusing on tasks to seeing the bigger picture.
This journey taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, prioritization, and collaboration.
I'd like to share about how my perspective has changed through this experience.
