  12. - You have a problem with your manager: She is micromanaging
you and, instead of goals, you only have short-term tasks. You have
tried to talk with her and she said that she doesn't trust you.
    - Tech Block: You have been working on an tiny issue for a week and
you have no idea about how make your code work. Time's passing
and the work is not done…
    - You know your colleague is getting €5K more than you: Both of
you have the same experience, you are doing the same job and
achieving the same results, but her salary is higher than yours with
    no apparent reason.

  15. 1. Define your role: don’t use more than 30-40 letters, try to be as much
standard as possible (e.g. Frontend Developer instead of Level 34 Angular
    Wizard)
    2. Explain why your company was paying you:
    - You have to use plain English. Your explanation should be simple enough to be
    understable by your mother.
    - You can’t use technical words.
    3. Explain how you got your job done: You can be technical if needed, but
talk about actions not programming languages or technologies.
    4. List relevant tools: Define all the tools used to complete the job: IDEs,
technologies, different programming languages, libraries/modules, SaaS…
    5. Who could describe better your performance? Your boss, your
    customer, your colleagues…
