After working at Weathernews, he started working at User Base as a Sales/Customer Success for the economic information database SPEEDA, providing support in financial and market analysis to financial institutions, management planning, and technology strategy. 30. FAQ About the Organization Recruitment How we work Can you tell us more about your working style? Business positions are based on a flexible work schedule, while product and development positions are based on a specialized discretionary work schedule. I heard that there are many foreign members. Not required. For product positions, communication related to engineers is primarily in English, while communication within the team is primarily in Japanese. Within the engineering team, communication is mainly in English, and within the business team, communication is mainly in Japanese.
